Consumer Goods Cloud Reviews

Slow. Cumbersome. Not user friendly.

This app actually makes it harder for me to run my route and recap account visits. Sync is slow, and randomly decides to sync when I arrive at my account and need to go inside or when I’m trying to leave and look at what account to hit next. The planning feature needs a lot of work. I’d like to be able to put in start points and non retail customers (ex. distributors) to my route for easier navigation. Would like to be able to optimize the route based on start/end location, and drag/drop the visits to reorder, rather than have to manually adjust the visit time. I also can’t edit any customer details, so I’m unable to update personnel changes. Sometimes the survey submissions don’t sync to the desktop.

Nearly Unusable

The constant updates where new data is downloaded every single time the app is minimised to view another application on a device is making using Consumer Goods Cloud unusable. Even allowing the device screen to turn off causes the app to resync again. This wouldn’t be so bad if each sync didn’t take between 5-10 minutes or longer to fully open the application. I’m getting 100mnps up/down and still the issues persist. Figure things out asap and fix this.

The iPhone version of this app is missing the ability to select a reason for unsaleable credits & pickups like in the Accenture app
