Unable to login for months. Tried reinstall, no change. I can only login on the website. App is broken and has been for a long time.

I can only log in successfully once at a time before having to delete and redownload the app every time I want to log in. Otherwise it tells me “whoops can’t retrieve your information” every time I try to log in.
App is still trash, have to delete and reinstall every month!
Ever since their update a few months ago, I have to delete and reinstall the app to get it to not give an error message when logging in. When I call them, they actually tell me to delete and reinstall it too. I’m going to leave a one-star review every time I have to delete and reinstall until they do something about this. And why not? I have to open the App Store every few weeks anyway because of this trash app. I hope you like your one-star reviews as your rating drops. This app worked just fine before that update.
Log in problems
Since the last update 12/5/24 I can’t log in on the app. I can if I go to the website but obviously you guys need to fix this glitch on the app.
Used to be great, now garbage
Why fix what’s not broken? It used to take less than 30 seconds to pay my bill. Now I get, “Whoops, something went wrong.” Plus, the “Sign Out” does not work. “Try again” comes up with same response. “Whoops…”Deleted then downloaded app again. Same message. “Whoops…”
Wasting time with this app. I’ll pay my bill when Consumers fixes this app. I’m done.

“Failed to retrieve user information”
Every time I try to log app this app, it makes me verify with either my password SMS text, or email. No matter what I press, I always get the same message back- “Failed to retrieve user information”. This app is completely unusable and I might as well go back to using the web browser.
Buggy
Newer updates make it so that I can sign in one time before it glitches out and puts me in an infinite loading screen. Have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app.
