What else you want cry babies!!!! It also modified matching contacts and adds new if it doesn't exist. Its cool..!!! I restored using email. I sent from one phone via email and then Import > via email on other phone. It showed the email with attachment. I clicked on attachment and selected Import all Contacts. Thats it. Thanks a bunch guys!
