Switching between properties

Roman Borovikov on

New Zealand

Hey guys, can fix issue when switching between properties? Menu with available properties randomly appears and disappears. Unable to switch between accounts. Otherwise all good

Can’t register

Satancrisp on

New Zealand

This app is horrible, I’m trying to register my account but to do so I have to “answer” the terms and conditions, but there is no field to “answer” terms and condition SO I CANT REGISTER!!

Good service terrible app

Seansticles on

New Zealand

The app was running good until it updated and changed the layout. It’s now so slow

Almost a decent app

alikatnz on

New Zealand

Somehow in the last few days, the toggle to see useage in kwh or dollars has vanished. It also would be nice if you could set a default view for the useage graphs (also why does it take so long for data to appear when you get a meter reading every 30 minutes). Otherwise, great app!

Since the recent changes this app it garbage

Donhopalong on

New Zealand

This app was good until around July or August 2024 when some idiot totally messed it up for no good reason. Now it’s extremely slow and you can no longer see your daily power usage. Everything was fine until this muppet screwed it all up. Should loose their job in my opinion.

Shonky app update

Wanaka Tarn on

New Zealand

New update on your app is disappointing- its quite ugly and clunky - it looked better before! Your designers got it wrong.

No usage data on new app

katyr on

New Zealand

It’s been over a month and still no usage data. Multiple emails to support and no resolution yet.

Terrible design

luckysvo on

New Zealand

What exactly was wrong with the old app - it was clear and easy to understand usage. The new app seems to have been designed by a 10 year old child who likes big thick bars with round edges that overlap.

New version buggy

@AntonT on

New Zealand

New version doesn’t display the graph properly.

So slow

MrSQL on

New Zealand

The design of the usage graph is terrible, who uses rounded edges? There is no way to see the amount of power paid for, only total used and total free. The scale is so bad a $50 power bill difference is about 2 pixels. Please pay UX expert.
