This should work each time but there is always an issue when converting
The application is broken
This application does not allow downloading or sending to email

Does not map properly for outlook.
No option to choose who to export
I wanted to only export 300 of my customers contact list to excel but there's no option so it just exports 1100 of ALL of my contacts including my personal. It was waste of money
