Does a lot of things I need for my mowing business . Can text or email all my invoices or print, make my own labor and parts cost , estimates don’t show up on customer profile but I can search estimates and find them if customer has a question, works great in a pdf format and prints very nicely on air print.
Price point it well worth the cost , customer service is excellent, you can text or call anytime and an answer within a short amount of time, not buggy at all , some typing characters like back slash and forward slash can’t be used as they are programming characters , so don’t use those it will cause major issues with the way your billing is done
Be warned just don’t use those characters lol
All in all a great app for billing and my customers love the integration for texting printing and emailing, go get it , you’ll be glad you did
Best App without Monthly Fee! And now on Mac
There really aren’t that many decent apps that don’t charge a monthly fee. InApps are needed for estimates and Cloud, but much better than paying monthly forever! There is a Calendar like Scheduler that is used to create your jobs. Reminders can be sent from there and then you can post your work, very easy. In addition, there is a full contact management function, inventory and a bunch of financial reports. Can’t beat this app for the price
Easy to learn and use, great price, sync program!
Although we are a new user of app we have gotten up to speed quickly. It has an intuitive design and operation that easy to learn and follow. You can use the contacts and calendar items already in on your device. It is fast and provides professional looking invoices and estimates that we can be proud of. Looking forward to learning the more advanced features and maybe the In Apps. The Cloud Sync lets you hook your whole crew.
contacts dont import correclty, unuseable
Iport works but then all of the contacts are helf lined so you cannot even read them, even after restarting.
Finally on the Mac
We hasve been using this app for five years on iPad & iPhone. Great to have it on the Mac now!

As with all business app you often need support. The company is always there to answer email or text questions and also help on the telephone. Really understand the app and our business inside and out and get questions resolved quickly. Don't contact them much anymore as the app is running smoothly, thanks again for the help and assistance.
The most recent update included multiple job locations for a customer and multiple phases for jobs. Both very helpful.
Doesn’t work
Complete junk. Can’t even create invoice. Company name doesn’t fit.
App does not include all the futures as it it advertised.
Paid app does not include estimation version be careful. It is deceiving-advertisement.

As stated above this was a total waste of money surprised Apple promotes something like this.
Responsive to enhancement requests, useful updates
We had made some enhancement requests and were happy to see they were included in the latest release. There are some additional ideas that we have to improve the app and have sent those to the development staff. Most all of the improvements in the new versions are helpful and then InApp’s are worth the additional cost, still way less than comparable apps!
