This app has WiFi control instead of infrared which is way better. No interference by sound bar. I also like having a remote control in my pocket 👍🏻

I’ve emailed y’all twice from in the app and got no response. The keyboard function needs to be updated. It pops up when it shouldn’t, and I can’t easily move to the mouse to select once I type something. I X out of the keyboard and the app essentially takes me back a page. Very upset that I paid for the lifetime subscription of this app and can’t even get support to write back or solve a seemingly simple issue.

I downloaded this app about a month ago. At first the ads were obnoxious and so I bought the payment method to make it ad free. It worked sometimes. But then it started not detecting my tv for some reason. This past week it did but just decided not to today. I am connected to the WiFi on both devices. I tried on my iPad and my phone. I restarted my phone. I took myself off the WiFi and then turned it back on and it still won’t connect or detect the device. I emailed the support system and they haven’t responded. I think this app has a lot of issues that need fixing and I don’t blame them for wanting to make money but the excessive ads at first were really annoying and obnoxious that you couldn’t press 3 buttons without getting an ad. Then the whole connection thing is a little frustrating to say because it really makes no sense. If you want to charge people and/or make them watch ads at least make your app good enough to detect a tv that is on in general.

Your application does not work at all, I see my television to select on the app but never connects it just shows an image of a circle with arrows spinning. My mobile is updated an also my television.

Malicious advertisement hostage taking. This app preys on people who are forced to use it.

I really like this remote but I am not able to pay for the upgrade because where I live.is there a way to work it out so I can get it was so easy to setup. Is there any other way to use this remote without having the keyboard? Please advise me and HELP me with this remote. Thank you

Way to many adds at the most inconvenient time

I thought this back in 2019 when u can buy it in bundle and now it saying I never purchased it

I have used 3 free remotes and had no issues immediately connecting the app. This app is horrible. I have tried everything from firmware updates resetting my route turning my phone off and on. Nothing. I shouldn’t have bought premium without testing… shame on me for expecting “their” remote to work..
