Same as other users, can’t turn the tv on just of. Using it on a Samsung 65S ultra flat 8k oled 2023. Also after using the remote for a few “clicks” which I think they count/track I was asked to pay subscription weekly monthly yearly option which is fine as long as you do not advertise this app to be free… will uninstall it

Have some bugs /problems
1. I cant Close or open the tv with the app 2.the remote control in app keep moving down to the rest of the remote control Even i dont need 3.he dont have personalization Button 4. When i keep presing on volume dont counted continue …. Is like one press and from 0 to 63 or how many is maximum you must keep presing 63 time . Ecept all this from up he work , PS . He dont have ambient Button for the led in the back of the tv !
