Problem with subscription
Hello, I bought the weekly subscription today but whenever I try to share or rename a pdf the subscription menu comes up. My id shows that I am currently subscribed and I got a message from my bank confirming the transaction was done. When I choose the weekly subscription again the app says I am already subscribed but Yet the subscription menu comes up when I try to rename or share or edit a pdf. Please look in to this ASAP

اشتركت بالبرنامج وانسحب المبلغ وما اشتغلت الخدمات مايرضى يغير الاسم ولا يحفظ الملف تطلع لي صفحة الاشتراك ولما اختار الباقه يقول انت مشترك وما استفدت شيء اطالب باستعادة المبلغ لم استفد شيء
