Hard to login
I already tried several times to login, but the game said the internal server error. I tried to change my password but its still the same.
Bad gacha system
Cool games but i unistall it because of bad gacha system, we need to collect stars, collect gacha coupon, collect gacha progress, collect furniture etc, so annoying.

Truly the way developer only look for money
Gacha system was suck already spend $200 for the seasonal epic cookie but only get the decor or other unnecessary stuff. Totally disappointed with this cookie run game, scammed 💔
Gacha mechanic is terrible
The gacha mechanic is so terrible. I have a lot of coins 100k++ but I dont have any desire to do the gacha because it’s too cumbersome. It’s also not clear why I would need the gacha for?? What’s the benefit of the Epic cards?
It’s so-so
The gameplay is pretty easy, but i don’t get the point of the story. Gacha system also a not really engaging since the only “usable” thing is the cookie (but you dont really need the cookie tho) so it’s kinda pointless
