I always love to play it but when i always finish the level and then suddenly comes something written on it ( 3 more people are coming) or sometimes ( 30 more minutes needed and then i lose why and sometimes it sops working plz fix the problem and reply plz

Hello. I really like this game bit I am in Mexico city and level 48 is not adding any coins: I serve food to customers and the coins do not add up... Any idea why is this happening?
