I’ve had this App for years and just now it decides not to show up on my Apple keyboard. I have no idea what’s going on, please help.

This Was My #1 App
It is a great app until I could no longer use it no more due to the keyboard being to wide for my iPhone and I can not use all the letters. I works at the beginning and then it expands too wide and you cannot use all the letters.
Have had it a long time but needs an update
Desperately needs an update to properly fit larger screens (on a 13 pro now) although it works great and has solid options!
Want refund
There is no way to reach the developer of this app, the premium version that I purchased for 499 is not working alongside of the original app that I downloaded it does not work would like a refund!!!

Only differences is only for English
