Waste of time
Was so excited to see CoolKicks have an app so I can shop browse and buy from Australia, soon disappointed to see you can’t even create and account to have your addresse etc stored for shipping without becoming a member and paying 29$ a month nooo thank you, let alone can’t even buy shoes as a guest without subscribing nor can you even search for you size it’ll show a shoe on the main screen and when you select it it’s just the one size not multiple, what a let down was so excited to use them as big fan of the YouTube channel and buyout videos!
Double charged
I paid to subscribe for the membership however I accidentally clicked on the unsubscribe button and so I immediately went back to subscribe again then I was charged twice on the same card for a one month subscription. It should not be like that as the customer has already paid for one month and hence I was double charged because I accidentally unsubscribed and entered my bank card again.
