The application consistently removes the text I have generated, and all prearranged collections of themed symbols and signs have vanished. I was compelled to uninstall and reinstall the application. This issue has recurred three times. Can you identify the root cause of this problem? An observation I have made is that when I attempt to select a text, the interface becomes unresponsive for a brief period, resulting in the sudden disappearance of all my creations and your prepackaged signs.

Well been using for months and just love it so many people just say it cool but I have a few ideas for this wonderful app. 1. Would love a section on top showing what is being projected on screen for Quick display on what’s being shown . 2. A section we’re all my favorite screens can be that I like to use one one box for quick picks that I like. 3. Auto switching we’re I can pick a few to be swap out buy them self on what I pick 4. Have projections all in there own section like Christmas, holloween, eyes not all scrambled around and etc. 5. Well more ideas to come like I say love this app and screen will be buying more add to my collection Thanks you

I like what it allows me to do especially customizing and creating my own designs. I do have issues with saving designs while creating it. For some reason as I step out of editing the animation frames, it doesn't save the work I just completed. Please fix this

This sign has been great. One thing that would be a really nice add would be the ability to schedule a graphic. I understand this would require some changes to the firmware but adding that feature would solve problem I have with needing to change the sign at times when I won’t be physically present.

Was working great until the latest update now I do not have the LYFT graphic.

Can you get multiple things to scroll across the light pad with this app like a text and a emoji at the same time??? I’ve tried and can’t get it to work

What happened to the single eyes? There are only 6 options now. There used to be about 10 choices.

Overall it is a great app I would like to suggest a few features I would like to see, so it is possible to take advantage of the device’s full capabilities. 1. Any RGB color when making graffiti/text/animations 2. Tuya smart support, if possible 3. Fix the drm music 4. Allow sharing of graffiti/text/animations 5.Allow storage of multiple graffiti/text presets on the device itself

I love this product and how I can customize it but I’m not to big of a designer and wish I could see what other people made you should have a way so other people can make designs and put it out for others to use almost like a community page
