Just updated one of my phones to v7.8.0 from a much earlier one. The latest ver uses a bit more colour in its display. Not sure I like the new red and green numeric N00.0 and S179.8 in the large compass display - would prefer more discrete option or click again to cycle them off. So 3 states off, on, on-numeric.
I alway use gps coordinates when travelling in my motorhome, using the data in conjunction with my Tomtom I can find new locations with ease. Also by putting the data into Streetview I can actually view the entrance to the campsite or destination. 10/10 well done guys....👍👍
Brilliant app and very easy to use. It would be good if you could add a feature where it would allow you to navigate from one point to another by giving you a compass bearing to walk on. Plot a location on the map and let it show you the way to go.

Used to love this app and used it a lot. 3.7 was installed yesterday and now the search facility has trouble finding small villages. I now have to find a big town somewhere close by and navigate to the location I want. Having done all that the co-ordinate cross-hairs do not show on the map. Can I have the old version back please.

App easy to use, works well now but only 4 stars 'cos first time I used it, copied and pasted cords into notes and later repasted them back into google maps for a route, position destination was a mile out??? As I never manually edited any figures don't really understand how this occurred but as I intend to use this in remote country it could have been a disaster... But I've since retried same technique and it works ok... curious!
Please reduce update frequency and do more testing before releasing versions. 20 hours later and another update!!!!! Please do your development.... test for a week... group your updates into a single update.... then put the good update on the app shop. Users don't have time to keep wasting time on unfinished updates. -------------- A few days later... another update! More testing before release PLEASE! -------------- Another couple of days have gone by and another update to fix a fatal crash. Slow down! ------------ Same day and another update! ------------- Oh no! Another update !
The most recent update keeps loading and then reloading every two days as if the update doesn't stick. Another bug to sort out?
It'd be nice if there was a way to get rid of the adverts covering almost a quarter of the screen, but there doesn't seem to be a way. Unless I'm missing something? Add an option to dump them 'cos they're huge and irritating.
