Every time I open it I have to log in again. Every other app ever must be using some forbidden technology or something. Even after logging in, most attempts land at a error view. Oops something went wrong… almost always 😣 The intro AI chat almost gave a glimpse of something promising, but I still end up with three different searches that don’t really look any different from other apps and I can’t compare different models in same search. Can’t I just compare two different models of mid size trucks. No!
The results seem doubtful. Here’s why. Copilot said there are 880 dealerships in or near my Zip Code. It then found only 5 vehicles that met my search criteria. I know this is incorrect because when I searched with the same criteria on individual sites like CarGurus, Autotrader, KBB etc I received a larger number of matches. AI powered search sounds like a great idea but the results suggest something is wrong.
Great info - but freezes every other time I want to look at new information. I have to restart my phone everytime that I want to use the app. The bugs are actually terrible. So unfortunate because the info is so helpful
The information for each car is helpful and easy to understand, however I have wanted to throw my phone more times than I can count trying to use this app. It says it has a steal for me and then tries to make me change my criteria before showing me, then it takes so long to pull up the information that I just give up and try again later.
From the minute I started browsing the app to actually buying the vehicle, this was the best vehicle buying experience! Highly recommend copilot! The only thing I hope they add in the future is a section to disclose any pictures, etc of imperfections, dings, dents, etc.
I would give this a 5 for what it’s capable of but is super glitchy and gets hung up when doing new searches.
I’m most interested in more obscure, interesting, and oftentimes older vehicles for sale by owner or dealer. This app is difficult to use and only searches back to 2008 model year vehicles, making it virtually worthless for an “AI powered” car search engine for me.
First time I’ve tried the app, and it searched my area for the car I specified, let me set price parameters, took me to features, but it wouldn’t search any further. I only set “nice to have”, so it shouldn’t have filtered out everything, but it wouldn’t move past the final filter screen. Uninstalled.
