Copper State CU Mobile Banking

I used to love my banking app, but within the past two to three weeks the option to deposit checks on the app has been taken away. Why?? I can’t always drive to my physical bank to deposit checks and my bank isn’t open on the weekends, so that’s never an option to get over there during that time. Please bring back full function of the app.

Works smoothly and makes it easy to quickly check balances and make transfers!

The app kicks you out every few hours and it makes Face ID useless. The app does not automatically fill in your username and passwords you need to click passwords and hunt for it manually. Can the developer fix this?

The app is nice, but $2.00 for paper statements that I don't want? Is there a way to stop getting paper statements?

This credit union merged with Deer Valley Credit Union a couple of years ago. I joined about 25 yrs ago when it was Deer Valley. For the most part I continue to enjoy great service, attention to detail and prompt responses to issues. Any issues are resolved quickly. The employees are courteous and professional. I was able to get a personal loan just based on my signature. Highly recomend.

Supper user friendly for those of us of lack tech skills.

I think they honestly help me out a lot because of the fact they took both my titles from my car and my motorcycle from two separate banks and literally sign them both under one bank themselves so it’s so much easier to actually have both my vehicles under one account and that’s why I greatly thank him
