Amazingly helpful features
I’ve really enjoyed using the journal and have found it very helpful in processing my emotions. The features of the app are great, especially the AI chat as I found it helped me to think things through that were bothering me. I also like the actions section where you can record your goals for personal growth, it helps me to have a visual to see my plan. I would highly recommend this app to everyone, especially those who may have a hard time talking to people, processing emotions or keeping on track with goals.
