仕事が適当すぎる
4月末ごろに12000円ほどの商品を購入しましたが、新型コロナウイルスの影響を受け、7月に発送されました。 ですが、どうやら宛名が誰かも知らない人のものだったらしく配送会社が持ち帰り、返送の対応になり、その旨を連絡すると商品が返ってき次第また送るとのことでした。 そのメールを最後に何度商品の状況を尋ねても返信がありません。もう3ヶ月近くメールを無視されています。 そのため商品の発送も返金もされていません。 発送がウイルスの影響で遅れることに関しては仕方ないと思いますが、これに関しては対応が悪過ぎます。詐欺的です。 これからこちらで商品の購入を検討されている方はお勧めしません。 いくら商品がよく見えても届かなければ意味がありません。
COVID-19やばすぎぴえん🥺
このショップ、COVID-19の影響をモロに受けたらしく初めて注文したのが2020年2月の下旬（40000円程）。そこから全くの音沙汰がなく3ヶ月経過し、怪しく思いこちらから返金を要求。意外と1週間ほどで返金は完了して疑いはやや晴れた。なのでまた6月上旬に商品を注文（今度は怖いし1点だけ）するとまた2ヶ月経過。でもようやく今日届いた。SSのアイテムなのにAWの季節に届くんじゃねとか思っていたけど流石にそれは無かった。なかなか心臓に悪い思いをしたけど別に届いたからいいや。
商品届かない
一か月以上経っても商品が届きません
品物を購入しても届きません
私はこのCopping Zoneというアパレルブランド、小売店で服をオンラインで購入しました。 購入申請が済んで2週間後、海外とはいえ発送の通知すらくるのが遅いなと思っていたところ「品物の在庫が手元分無くなってしまったので発送が遅れます。またこれから長期休業に入るので来月まで発送作業は行えませんが注文をキャンセルしますか？」という趣旨のメールが来ました。 私は「まあ来月なら良いだろう」待ちますと返信しました。 ところが私がCopping Zoneのオンラインサイトで私の購入したアイテムを見ると在庫がまだあると表示がされていました。 ここで少し不信感を抱きました。 そしてその不安は的中しました。 翌月になっても品物が届かないどころか発送の通知がありません。そしてついに一ヶ月が経過しました。 私は確認のため「頼んだ品物の配送状況はどうなっていますか？」という趣旨のメールを送信しましたが返信の内容が「来週末には配送されますのでお待ちください」でした。 また私はその期間を待ったのですがやはりなんの音沙汰もありません。 そして再び連絡したところ「倉庫移転のため発送が遅れてます、来週には発送できますので待ってください」などでした。 流石に頭にきたので返金して下さいという内容のメールを送るも「もう直ぐなので待って下さい」というメールが来ました。 もう何を言っても「待て」しかこないなとおもいました。 Copping Zoneというアパレルブランド、小売店を利用される際は十分気をつけて下さい。 ちなみに決済方法はクレジットカードでした。
