Corah Reviews

Bad game design

GoatInSpace on

United States

It’s very pay to win, it’s fun at first but is overcrowded with whales and the dev caters to them instead of listening to the rest of the players.

Great F2P idle game

I needed something I could enjoy when I wasn’t doing anything at work. This is it, throughly love how simple it is. Great job

Mediocre at best

Where to even begin with this... let's start from the ground up. Most of the reviews were paid for by the developer's 1 year anniversary contest telling players to leave positive reviews in exchange for the chances at prizes. The dev will tell you that it's a passion project of an MMO fan. It's not, based on the fact that they continually say there is a "team" of artists and developers, however the "team" of artists somehow are only capable of utilizing Unity assets and wholesale copying art from other games (Activision Blizzard, you may want to pay attention here). In reality, the game seems as though it were an ambitious high school project that a couple of kids got off the ground. Next is that the game brands itself as an idle MMO game; Checking in every 3 minutes for free to play is hardly idle; Your only recourse is to pay the ~6$ a month to play the game in a manner that isn't absolutely miserable. And even then, you're essentially paying for a glorified chat room. The MMO portion is an absolute joke: The "raids" are based on an entirely different subclass mechanic for you to waste resources on, instead of any sort of progress that you've invested your time and resources into. The reward for the "reworked underworld" is paltry in comparison to the amount or resources/effort put into it; You get a minor amount of equipment upgrade materials that the in-game market value far outweighs the cost of obtaining. If you like MMOs, stay away. If you like idle games, stay away. If you like to have to deal with a egocentric developer with an unhealthy obsession about their hair (I wish I was kidding), then this game might be right up your alley.

Extremely solid idle/active MMORPG

Honestly I went into this game with little expectations but iv been blown away with how fun it is. The community is very active and very friendly. The devs are also super chill. The game just recently got a huge update and it’s been a nice addition to the game. If you enjoy idle games or games like Melvor idle I highly recommend you give this a try. It does get rather grindy in the mid game but that’s typical for this type of game. The game also has no advertisements and is supported by player purchases for items like monthly boosters and smaller items of that nature. It’s completely fair and I never feel like I’m being screwed over when I spend money in game. That said you could play the game completely free and still make decent progress. The game also has a player market witch you can sell items to other players for the “paid” currency. It’s very similar to how Warframe handles plat. Just give this game a try and see how you like it. Iv been playing for about 40 days now and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Update: it’s now officially been 160 days since I started playing and not much has changed from my original review. The dev listens to player feedback and is building a great game. The community is amazing. The game can definitely be a grind but like I said before that’s typical for these types of games. Cheers to another 160 days to come!

AMAZING

Easily one of the most fun mobile games I’ve ever played. Can be played completely f2p and when you decide you really enjoy it, you can pay 5.99 for some extra QoL features. 10/10 would recommend this game for those who want to play mmos but don’t have much time to. A perfect game to play if you can’t play games at work, constantly scratches that gaming itch and makes every moment feel like a day off.

Very fun and entertaining

I went into this thinking that it was gonna be like a bunch of idle rpg games, but was thoroughly surprised. I find it very entertaining and the activity in the chats have been on par with any good mmo out there. Now I hope some future updates might allow us some more avatar customization or maybe even allow uploaded avatar pictures in the future. One of the few games I’ve played where even the devs chat in open world can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Really good idle MMO

Hidden gem

Aphturshok on

This game really did surprise me, haven’t been able to put it down. HOWEVER!- Since this last big update allowing people to play in the background, hoard drops have been all but non existent. Since literally everyone is always on now, it’s impossible to get a hoard drop for myself. Although I don’t see anyway to change this, it’s quite frustrating. Especially when I see the same names pop up on the drop list over and over and over. It has severely impacted the enjoyment ive gotten from playing.
