чтобы зайти в профиль, дается три выбора: зайти через аккаунт вк, яндекса и эппла. я попыталась зайти через каждый и у меня все равно не получилось.
Спасибо, очень плохо!
С каждой новой версией работает все хуже. Последняя, загруженная 04.09.2024 потеряла все данные об аккаунте, а потому использовать ее стало невозможно. Еще год назад все работало…
Не работает
Что же вы там делаете? Думала, в новом обновлении всё исправили, так нет… Тур не показывает. Профиль не показывает. Бонусы не показывает. Ничерта не работает! Бракоделы!

Все стало еще хуже
Как обновилось на новый интерфейс то перестало вообще работать. Пропало текущее бронирование, а ведь раньше хоть мог смотреть изменения рейса итд. Плохо! Не надо так!
Обновила и пропало бронирование
До обновления была возможность посмотреть текущее бронирование, забронировать экскурсию, информацию о трансфере. Теперь не могу нечего увидеть. Активный тур появляется на 1 секунду и все. Очень плохо!!! В прошлом году пользовалась, все работало!
Поправьте функционал.
Добрый день! По наполнению приложение отличное, но только картинкой, тур не видит, находит через поиск- внутри-пустота, уведомления не открываются. Вы же работаете над решением? Правда? 🙃
Стало только хуже
С каждым обновлением становится только хуже, теперь нельзя посмотреть информацию по текущим бронированиям. При входе на страницу: бронь появляется на 1 секунду и затем пропадает, дублирующая информация на сайта отсутствует. Гиды по этой же причине продолжают использовать бумажные варианты связи и личную связь через WA, так как приложение бесполезно в плане информирования о времени/дате выезда и так далее. Находясь в Турции, иногда не удавалось зайти в приложение, нужен был российский VPN.
Стало хуже
После обновления приложение стало очень неудобным. Нет архива поездок. Настоящие поездки не добавляются в аккаунт.
