I just read their privacy policy. I can’t gave up that much personal information about us for few days pleasure.
Booked but can’t add passengers
The only link that works after booking and downloading the App is Cancel booking
App forces you to provide mobile number to open
The app literally forces you to provide a valid mobile number to open it. And that’s why this single star.
BUGGGG
Unable to login with registered mobile number, it shows user already present, if it’s already present then allow me to login 🤷🏻♂️
Extremely buggy app and pathetic customer service
Extremely buggy app and pathetic customer service. All you can see is your booking but cannot add any shore excursions or make any payments.. They really need a good mobile app development team. Hope they fix all the issues soon.
