Love the Credit Union but this is a terrible App. Ugly interface, random login, (works most times but not always.) Money transfer is also random, sometimes it will take a few minutes, on other occasions a full day. Like I say, I love the Credit Union but the App needs a complete overhaul.
I have the app for about 6 months now, and it has always been very useful. I mostly use it to transfer money and check my balances, never faced any issue with it.
Very bad app. Not user friendly. You can easily lock yourself out of it.
Clunky app. Freezes a lot. Sometimes all I get are blank pages. Decides on a whim if it will use Face ID or not. Everything about this app has a bang of Windows 95 off it. Unbelievable just how badly done this is.
So bad it freezes and you cannot do anything but uninstall and restart nightmare as made the decision for me that I won’t be transferring to credit union account from my UlsterbankRI Sorely because of this app
Such a laggy app if I could give it one star I would, compared to banking apps like revolut and AIB it’s incredibly lacking. When transferring money it’s a nightmare, such a lengthy process for no reason.
