The first time using the app, I did not think I had an account and tried to create a new one. It prompted me to put in my phone number. When I did and hit enter, it stated my phone number was already in use but there is no way to get back to the previous page on the app. Even after closing it out and restarting, it goes back to the same phone number entry page. In my befuddled frustration I had no other choice than to delete the app.

I love corelife and earning rewards but the app has been broken for over a month. Cant get past the initial loading screen and even though I’ve rebooted my phone, deleted and re-installed the app and updated my software, it still doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating considering I eat here all the time. Gonna start shopping elsewhere if I can’t earn rewards due to a bugged app

App rarely works for ordering food ahead of time. Complete waste of time.

When opening the app it immediately asks for a phone number then tells you your # is already registered and closes out

Unable to login with previous account. I enter my credentials and it says my phone # is already taken. Yeah it’s taken by me and i’m trying to use it to login? Really a shame i can’t even access my rewards

Broke my husband out of the ordinary and exposed him to good eating. We will be back.

Having never been to the restaurant in person, I found the menu confusing. I thought I had to select a broth to go with my bowl as a base. Then I ordered my stuff, and got home and opened it up and it was basically a bowl filled to the brim with beef broth. I was confused because I thought I needed a broth to cook. Basically it was a sloppy mess. Waste of $13 I was disappointed. I think it should show pictures and explain how it works a little more.

The “more” open on the bottom menu abruptly closes the app. It’s been doing this for a while. ☹️
