When a player swings, the trainer makes 100's of measurements per second, monitoring core acceleration and rotation. When the core (hip) area is rotated properly a loud "SNAP" sound will be made. My daughter is hitting better
Works for softball too. After my 13 year old daughter started training with the app, she started hitting with more power. Now she is regularly getting solid hits into the outfield and getting on base much more often. It's helped build her confidence in the batter's box.
Great results already
I purchased this app on advice from a friend who said it made a huge difference in his kids ability to hit a baseball. Make sure you watch all the videos with you son or daughter before you try the trainer. The videos are spot on with great instruction and the animation is cool, my son loved it. We took the advice of repetitive training and after a while my 7 yr old was hitting better than I’ve ever seen. Once he started hearing the “snap” that indicates a proper swing that got him practicing even more. Great app!
Helps my grandkids swing mechanics.
Excellent training videos with good graphics. I really like the snap training feature and the fact that there are several different levels.
