I love the app. What’s great about it that we can link other apps and all medical records stay in one place. It allows me to upload drs orders and look at my test results instantly. I can also look at the time place of my next appointment. But the only limitation is it doesn’t allow to book appointments online for ultrasound with a dr note. There’s no option to set up an appointment online for any radiology/imagining, ultrasound, endovaginal ultrasound. There’s no way to figure out online which nearby location actually provides this kind of infertility imaging. Even the schedulers don’t have that information at hand while booking appointments. It’s a lot of inconveniences to have my stat endovaginal ultrasound being cancelled 3 different times, to let me know none of my nearby locations offered that, and only to go back to scheduling process over and over again. I hope this is taken into urgent consideration. We want this app to work efficiently not challengedly.
Disappointed customer
It has been months and months since the takeover of Lakeland/Spectrum Health by Corwell Health. You have since disconnected the old MyChart and stuck us with this, did I mention, still NOT fully working Corwell MyChart.
(Is this the type of service we can expect to receive on the operating table from Corwell?!?)
Everytime I attempt to get a prescription refill, I get this - an error has occurred, check by later, pop up. Well I have, month after month after month. STILL NOTHING !?!
Can I get an idea what year this option will be available again?

Go back to the Beaumont Version of My Chart
You people at Corewell need to re-evaluate just what you are doing by brooming away everything that worked SO well for Beaumont and us, as your patient$!! Just because you THINK you are superior, doesn’t mean you ARE superior! The Beaumont version of My Chart was EXCELLENT! ALL your information there, easy to read, decipher, understand and you could compare all your past numbers/values for tests - while also knowing the exact previous numbers! Now it’s just very generalized and not precise! Makes very little sense and offers no specifics. And how are you getting away with not transferring ALL of our previous tests, documents, etc…into our ‘new’ charts! I’ve had to redo and update some very major items in my chart in the past couple of weeks - more than once! Meds, insurance info, major life events, to name just a few items! Thank heavens I haven’t had to go to the ER and/or have been unable to communicate that info to you all! Why the heck have I had my chart for years with Beaumont - through cancer, chemo, surgeries, blood clots, kidney stones, illnesses, birth of my daughter, etc…only for you all to come in and make it all vanish! Please use what brains you might be able to find from the Corewell side - or better yet, listen to the smart ones who might still be left from the Beaumont family and rethink what you are doing and changing! You are NOT MAKING THINGS BETTER, despite what you think! There are a lot of us considering different hospitals and drs because of all this - can you afford to lose all us baby boomers? I think not!

Rebranded broken clone
Majority of health care providers use this same app now and just slap their logos on it. Same issues exist like not being able to access scheduling options. You’d think someone would get it together by now
Locations
Doesn’t show locations near me on the map when I know the location is there in southgate on Northline Road.
Very frustrating
Hard to use is trying to make Medicare my secondary insurance it is not. Tells me to review things but doesn’t make them available
Hopefully your doctor is not through Corwell
Awful, nothing but problems. You should have things dialed in when you switch apps so people can still get messages to there doctors and request medication they need.
