I just log in with my usual details, works perfectly - can request and renew loans easily.
No user input
In a word, awful. No assistance or help information on login. Login used for my web account won’t work on this. Screen goes white and hangs which really doesn’t matter because it doesn’t recognize me anyway. Can see it was developed by people who don’t know how to create apps or don’t know how to include user input in the product design and solutions.
