Verificación terrible y faltaron medicamentos y sin aviso previo
Tras realizar la primera compra y durante el proceso de verificación, bloquearon un pedido que era muy importante de medicamentos aún hablando con el servicio de atención al cliente y ofreciendo todos loas datos, la falta de actualización y otros problemas de la plataforma me mantuvieron horas de “trámites” sin sentido y una vez realizado el terrible proceso de verificación en mi caso por ser extranjero.. tampoco me llegó el fármaco más importante que había pedido por un tema de salud.. así que si mi experiencia no mejora mi nota hoy es esta..
No se llena el carro
Descargue la app y al apretar “agregar al carro” los elementos no se agregan. Aparece el botón como para agregar cantidad pero desaparece instantáneamente.
Todos hablan bien pero...¿qué pasa con los extranjeros?
Quisiera probar la App, pero como extranjero, o pago con Débito o con Tarjeta Internacional, y ninguno de los 2 métodos de pago son aceptados... que pena.
