Love my Cornerstone Bank app!
The best part is that I can have my phone remember me and login with my face, but really the app is great. It’s so fast and if I’m in line at the grocery store I can even move money fast enough to not hold up the line. It’s so nice to be able to have constant access to my money!
Needs work
Face Id and especially Touch id do not work all of the time, app loads and does not display all items says error. Touch id if held too long goes to help page.....old app never had any issues...please fix asap!
New app
Love the new app deposit check with my phone and use Face ID to login is great feature 👍👍👍

Online banking app is easy for people on the move. Easy to reach customer service, add out of town plans, and quick to catch fraud. Thank you - local bank w personal service!

Go back to the old one, this one is terrible

Facial ID is a vast improvement. Very progressive on the bank’s part. Plaudits to the IT people.

Horrible
It takes me 30 minutes to deposit 1 check because it rejects my signature over and over and over and over. Fix this please!
