Setting a record for being the worst

If sucking were winning this app is number one. Literally it does nothing. Shows an opening screen with zero functionality. Worse than the website which is an accomplishment.

Works just fine

After the iOS update, mine won’t progress beyond the splash screen. Also, typing in a search term when looking for an airport takes forever-it only accepts 1 letter at a time..sorts the list by that letter, then lets you type the next letter. wth

Don’t listen to the other reviews. I’m a pro corporate pilot and it’s super handy to pull up the interactive price map on my phone. This feature isn’t available on the website. The app does what it’s intended to do on an iPhone very well actually. It does take a few days for your login to work on the app. So don’t think you can login the app immediately after signing up for C.A.A. Login the website for a few days, then try the app.

Not useful, not easy to use

It’s just their website wrapped in an app. Badly formatted pages don’t render well on devices making actual usage very difficult.

Clueless app

Jake3223456 on

This app is supposed to be for pilots but is clueless. It is permanently stuck in portrait mode and permanently stuck in cell phone screen size. The developer is clueless to the fact that 99% of the pilots today use an ipad for charts, approaches, flight planning, emails, and more. The developer is clueless that the covers and stands for these iPads are in landscape mode. The developer is clueless that the iPads screen size is much larger than a smart phone. To have this “app” stuck in portrait mode with a screen size that cannot use an iPad is useless and aggravating.
