Half the time when you launch the app the cameras will not connect. Very frustrating seeing they are used for security.

Have had this app for almost a year. Have 7 cameras around my house. Boarded up my windows do to hurricanes in Florida and liked that I could see outside with the app. So why can I stream an HD movie on Verizon’s 5 G network but these cameras refuse to load??? Does the same on 5 G in house network when I am literally standing next to the router. Not sure what’s up with this but from what I’ve read it seems to be an ongoing problem.

My cameras are great but this app doesn’t allow me to view them. It’s always offline at different times of the day. Very frustrating that I can’t use it what it’s intended for. I hope the developers figure out how to fix the issue.

Very good at night color

We rarely open the app and can see our cameras. Constantly just spins and says offline. Would love some help with this!

About a year ago, the app just failed to connect to my cam. Made no changes to wifi or cam system…just failed. Its useless.

Help section is not helpful where is live assistance

I do believe some of these poor reviews I see is user error or Has to do with the Internet that your security cameras system is connected to. I have had my system for over five years and never have my cameras gone off-line. They always come up immediately.!!! Thanks cortex
