Auto attendance not working showing always (insufficient user rights)

Not working on Mobile Network
This app is not working on my iPhone 7 with mobile network. Using WiFi it is working fine. I am using external url - 13.233.221.111/COSEC Using Vodafone network Browsing and YouTube working but this app show connection error. Please resolve this issue.
