I used this app to show the kids the planets and how they move around- wasn't long before they were "flying" to planets and stars and looking back at the Earth. Heaps of cool features like the constellations too.

Wow, love this app!

Finally an app where I can surf the cosmos that is both educational and fun. The features allowed me to get a greater view of the solar system whilst providing me with scientific information at the tap of the screen. Flying across the universe towards constellations I previously new nothing about has given me a greater insight into just how expansive our universe is. I particularly enjoyed being able to watch Titan rising from Saturn. The detail in this app is amazing. I would recommend this app to anyone interested in astronomy and especially to parents as this would be a fantastic resource for school projects.
