This app s garbage… won’t even let me set it up and gives me errors

Don’t fall for the google reviews like I did. This watch is not what it seems. The app won’t even let me make an account.

Christmas day and the app wont register a parent account to activate the watch. Kids are so disappointed. For $600 spent between 2 watches, I expected better.

Straight out of the box & we’re not even able to create a parent account. My kid is highly disappointed so it’s safe to say that the watch will be returned tomorrow.

Paid for 1 year and unable to get the app synced. It send me into a loop of frustration and disappointment.

My kids (6&8) absolutely love the watch. We can call/text with parent approved contacts , listen to spotify, play games , take photos, count steps and more We are really enjoying being in touch with our kids and giving them a way to contact family members more frequently highly recommend the cosmo jr ! 12/2024

I got this watch for my 10 year old. I’m not ready to get him a phone yet, but I wanted someway to be able to text him when he’s out riding bikes with his friends in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I only read the Google reviews on this watch and not the App Store reviews because the Google reviews are not accurate at all. This watch and app barely work, most of the time I can’t see where he is and it doesn’t update his location, when I try and call him half the time the call cannot be connected and Verizon says he’s unavailable. It’s just a big giant disappointment. I don’t rely on it at all. I’m shopping for something else. We only had this one month, spend your money elsewhere.

GPS has a 10-15 min delay. School mode randomly won’t shut off. No night mode. No way to silence it on demand from Mission Control.

Terrible customer service. They hide behind their contract and terms of service. I bought the 1 year plan which we ended up using for maybe 2 months. Never received an email or statement for any type of renewal that was coming up and was charged for a 2nd year. I called 4 days after the renewal and was told no future amounts would be charged but that there would be no refund even after it was escalated. I asked why I hadn’t received a notice that renewal was coming up and they said it was the customers responsibility to know as stated in their contract. Ridiculous company and service.

The watch is awful - clunky and barely holds a charge. We’ve also had repeated customer service issues, and the CS team is atrocious. Just avoid these guys and get an Apple Watch.
