在開發小型雜貨與飾品等的企業工作的主角，覺得工作上遇到了瓶頸。
雖然能被分配到商品開發部這點很不容易，但自己的設計卻從來沒被採用過。
有一天，主角為了找回自己自行製作次文化商品與飾品的初心，
以一般入場身分參加了《Time's Aegis 時間的埃癸斯之另一個任務》的同人專場活動。
主角在那裡遇到了一位cosplay服裝完成度極高的美女，並抓住了與她交談的機會。
雖然主角和就像從動畫裡走出來的她聊的相當開心，但這股緣分應該就僅止於此了。
過了幾天後的某一日。
主角因為加班而較晚回家，在附近的咖啡店意外地被一位美麗的女性搭了話。
而這位女性的身分，就是在之前那場活動上cosplay的美女……
「請和我成為同樣最喜歡TA的cosplay朋友！」
她向主角如此拜託道。
「在時間的流逝中，我們能再次相會。
這不就是……命運的安排嗎？」
初出茅廬的設計師與千金大小姐之間的cosplay愛情故事，就此揭幕！
