Io, al contrario di altre recensioni, trovo l’app Costa molto funzionale, intuitiva e completa! La usiamo sempre in vacanza, per noi funziona alla perfezione!
Malfunctions
App is not working properly and sometimes it disconnects from the onboard WiFi. Additionally it can crash when trying to book the excursion.

È la trasposizione mobile del sito Internet! Veramente un’app ben fatta, completa che permette di prenotare e personalizzare la crociera. Utilissima a bordo.
Aiuto alla registrazione
Salve non mi fa registrare all app mi dice autenticazione non riuscita verifica l email ma è tutto corretto come mai
Problema con il countdown
Nonostante abbia fatto l’aggiornamento, il countdown è errato di 3 gg ( sul profilo personale invece la data d’imbarco è corretta) e, di conseguenza, anche la visione delle escursioni parte dal giorno 5

Funzione Privacy IPhone
Se si tiene attiva la funzione “Limita tracciamento indirizzo IP” l’app non funziona bene, non rileva il passeggero a bordo. Se si disattiva la funzione l’app riprende a funzionare, ti visualizza a bordo e ti fa vedere le informazioni corrette anche delle spese. Stesso problema con la funzione “indirizzo Wifi privato” ma disattivandola non funziona più il pacchetto internet che ho acquistato (forse perché ha registrato il MAC address privato).
SE FUNZIONASSE SAREBBE MOLTO BELLA
App potenzialmente bella e utile ma troppo spesso inutilizzabile… ora da una settimana fa vedere solo un giorno di crociera e il conto alla rovescia è sbagliato. Peccato davvero…
