5/20/2025 update broke the app
After the update 3 days ago there is now an infinite login loop using the Authenticator app and Costpoint is no longer useable on the phone.
Description
Employees can enter hours to a timesheet, view previous time in summary, view leave balances and see timesheet related pending tasks on an easy to use native mobile app. Supervisors can view employee timesheets, Approve employee timesheets and view pending approval tasks on an easy to use native mobile app.
When paired with a Costpoint 8 upgraded system, employees will have access to expense functionality which will allow them to capture expense receipts with ICR, edit and claim outstanding expense, create, edit and submit expense reports and Supervisors will be able to approve expense reports, expense charges and expense attachments in an easy to use native mobile app.

Update Broke the App (fixed)
After the update all I get is an error that says: “Please enter a valid server url” and then the screen goes blank with no option to enter a server url. Update: Reinstalling the app fixed the issue
Poor UX
Much like the web app, the UI is unintuitive and cumbersome.
New UI
New UI is a bit problematic.
Needs a lot of work
Glitch laden garbage, absolute trash how bad the sizing of the weeks windows are displayed and how glitchy the system responses and buttons are misaligned and lag response is terrible even with a full strength connection.
It changed my comments?
It appeared to change my comments and had to issue a revision on my time sheet. No fun
Not that good
This app is better than Isolved mobile app but that app has a lot to improve. And the desktop app is by far one of the worst apps
Works
Use it for work, it works as intended. No issues.
This app is trash
So before 4-5 updates ago the app worked perfectly able to enter time request time off approve workers expenses and timesheets. Since then it a freaking horror. Since then all modules never work together. One week you cant approve timesheets in the app the next week you can approve timesheets then you cant approve expenses. Everything works perfectly fine in the web interface not the app. Currently stuck on approving timesheets with error about the last name container not vaild…valid on the web though make it make sense. Cant request time off in the app gives you a confirmation in app its done then does nothing in the system.
Bug in the leaves
Hi, there is a bug in your system where the leaves section always shows accrued balance in positive but it should also be showing negative balance. Please look into it
