Il ristorante Cotto e Mangiato opera dal 2013 come ristorante alla carta e propone una cucina tipica con ingredienti del territorio pugliese, anche come servizio asporto. Dal 2020 ha arricchito l'offerta introducendo la "Pinsa romana", per poter offrire una pizza alternativa che ha ben 72 ore di lievitazione, garantendo un impasto altamente digeribile, e quindi lasciare una sensazione di leggerezza.
