I really dislike the inflexibility of this program. I would like to unlock a workout when it is convenient for me- which is sometimes less than 24 hours after the previous run. I’d like to know exactly what to expect in terms of interval times before starting. I bought this by mistake thinking it was a different app that I had liked in the past.

Why on earth am I not able to change the program after completing it? This is dumb and I’ll be uninstalling immediately

Pace Algorithm poor
In my first week of the couch to 5k app. When I enter the distance at the end of the 30 minute workout I input 2.1 miles.
On the next screen, workout details, it assumes I walked at a 1.7mph pace and RAN at 11.1mph. Completely bogus. My actual walk pace was 3mph and jog pace was 6.1mph.
Perhaps we could be allowed to adjust these pace figures. I could not find a way to do this if there is such a feature.

How to change program
I finished the weight loss app portion. How do I change the program now …? I purchased the lifetime so I feel i should all programs included but can’t change ????
Good app
I liked this app as it helped me achieve my goals.
I used to not be able to run for longer than a minute. Now I am running for 30 minutes without stopping!
Needs one update IMO
Love the app. I like the constant notifications “you’re halfway,” “10 seconds left,” etc. But please lessen or completely erase that 24 hour period between workouts. If I have a couple days off in a row, I might want to do 11am one day and 9am the next day, for example. The app will make me wait. Let me get back out there before I lose the motivation to do it that new day.
