To much expensive not affordable

I bought a month meal plan and I have faced nothing but issues with this company. 1. I recieved a salad from Pret To Go that had maggots in the lettuce (only realised this after I ate it and saw the maggots in the container) 2. The meal quality is incredibly inconsistent since the meals are all coming from different restaurants. I recieved a chili con carne soup with lumps of fat larger than the pieces of mince. 3. The macros cannot be trusted so not good if you’re looking to lose weight. The above mentioned soup was listed as 300 cals or something super low yet with the amount of fat in it, it had to have been over 700. But I must say the customer service is good. They sent replacement meals for the two meals above after I sent photo evidence, although I would have preferred my money back. After all these issues, I cancelled my plan early and recieved a refund for the remaining 2 weeks minus VAT. But I would never recommend this service to anyone.

It happens but customer service response slow, no explanation why food wasn’t delivered and then refused to refund me!

Have to keep deleting the app and reinstalling.

Honestly one of the bestest app I found so far, soo easy to use and effective as well. And I have already lost 3 kgs. Thank you so much and I will be continuing my weight loss journey with you guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the idea , so many options to choose from, it’s definitely a great app . Very useful and easy to use . Highly recommend ❤️ Delivery is always on time ! And the food is yummy

Amazing app and great meal plan offers. You can preview what meal you will get and change it accordingly to your preferences. Great customer service as well.

I think this is the best app to date for healthy meals delivered daily to your doorstep !
