Syncing problem with apple watch

Hi the app is great between iphone and ipad but i noticed that the countdown on the apple watch does not change despite being connected on the internet or connected with the iphone.

So simple but so good

✅ Clean interface ✅ Does the job ✅ Countdowns look good ❎ Share feature doesn’t work? Or am I not doing it correctly?
