Paid for subscription and still not letting me use any countdowns, keeps saying upgrade to subscription and I already did. Nothing is working

Love this little app in todays busy world it’s so nice to have this beautiful refreshing reminder
Waste of time
I got this app to add a countdown, I even purchased a specific template for pregnancy. Well it worked for about 2 weeks. Now the widget won’t show on my screen no matter what I do. Yes, I’ve followed the instructions, it did work at one time, it just stopped. My other widget apps don’t do this. Severely disappointed I wasted money on this.
Alarm
A Countdown without an alarm (with sound) is kinda pointless.
