Hi Developers, Can you please add a rotate button for each items so when we decorate our farm, it’ll be more aesthetically pleasing and more realistic. Let us buy plots to plant stuff instead of restricting it, i guarantee, it’ll make us play longer. A question, why some players can sell items beyond the max price? It’s not fair for many like me who only can sell items at the setting price. Please investigate and make it right

My progress got wiped out back in March. Now stuck at Level 1, due to barn restrictions, etc. If there is no fix yet, I bet there never will be. Disappointing. It was fun.

I love this game until it began erasing all of my progress. Twice it erased my levels. I was on level 56 I believe. I have been in contact with Netflix three times. They told me 3 months ago they would email me with an update. Never did. Do better.
My definition of a cozy game is any game that keeps up with the player, instead of the typical other way around. Play as much as you want, take a break, come back everything is right where you left it, just waiting for you to binge for as long as you want again. Repeat to satisfaction.
Cute game but you can’t play it for very long. Once your warehouse is full of materials you don’t need the game can’t really be played. Please allow players to delete materials from the warehouse.
After the Valentine’s Day event my game has a glitch & reset experience level back to one all while showing every item that has been unlocked. Even the silo & barn reset to level one. Tried contacting customer support on this issue & the first one ended the chat early. The second one asked me to uninstall the app & I agreed, while the app was uninstalling which doesn’t take that long, that person ended the chat. & my final attempt was last night & the person didn’t know how to fix the issue & kept asking the same questions over and over.
My progress got wiped out today. I was at level 85, today it was reset to 1. I chatted with Netflix tech support but it didn’t have any solution. At the end, I had to start all over from level 1 with all the available makers. Makers can only make things at the level that it is capable. For example , I have a olive oil maker but could make oil because the level doesn’t allow it to be made and olive can’t be grown. This game may not be playable as of 3/4/2024. Items that are sold cannot be claimed and be cleared. They are stuck at “sold” state. lol. How can the developers mess this up this bad?
The game was great until it randomly reset my levels back to 1. I still have all my purchases but without leveling up again there is no way to use them. I called and they escalated it but it’s still not fixed and it’s been over a month. All my hard work and time went to waste.
