The only thing I can ever get to work for the app is the barcode scan. The classes never load & shows that there is nothing to sign up for.

Consistently Crashes
Overall, the app is very easy to use to search for classes and book/cancel classes and I absolutely LOVE the classes and variety of times offered! However, I always run into trouble nearly every time I use the app where it crashes. Whether I am trying to sign up for classes or cancel a class, when I go to the “upcoming classes” tab it often says “no classes found” until I close out of the app a few times and continue to reopen it. Same thing happens once I am able to click on a class—it will come up with an error saying to try again later which is really frustrating. I have the most updated version of the app as well.

Having the ability to schedule my workouts ahead is wonderful. Recently moved to the community and are new to Countryside Y, I’ve been able to find all the information needed!

I’m new to the YMCA exercise program and need to be that much more familiar with it! The website is very user friendly so far. I’m lucky to have a few friends who are that much more experienced with it if I have any questions.
