As a review, this is a copy of the mail sent to the hotel regarding our recent hotel. To add, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was warm clean and quite large, basically a good hotel especially if used as a stop over when using the nearby airport ……………………. Hi, just a quick mail to give your Manager some feedback regarding our recent stay. We arrived late last Friday very tired after a long flight and we were greeted by Oliver, who was very professional and went above and beyond to help us, he is an asset to your hotel. Also your Breakfast restaurant reception staff, Mark and the lady on duty on the Saturday ( I forgot her name) were very helpful and welcoming. I tried to book a table for the restaurant in the hotel where I had a room and no chance. The app just refuse to be functional for bookings. I tried this for 2 days at different time and no chance
