Can’t enter half the receipts. To frustrating. Only use it because I have to.

Will not recognize corporate URL even though my colleagues are not having the issue and I see the URL works when I’m the browser.

It would be good to see history of approved items

My company just switched from Expensify to Coupa. I’d rather get a passive aggressive email from the CEO of Expensify everyday than have to use coupa instead. The app is buggy, can’t submit half the time and have to use their website. No search function in expense class, so you have to scroll endlessly hoping to find what you are looking for. Absolutely horrible UI.

Unable to figure out what the Coupa Instance is, without it I cannot access the app to input my expenses. I have reached out for technical support and haven’t been successful with getting a response.

I followed every step and it’s just not working. Tried to get help and that also impossible to get - lame

Crashes. On iPhone X

I find the app freezes a lot and then is extremely slow. Would love to see an update to make this easier to use.

I love the convenience of the Coupa app to get receipts into the wallet, but I find the camera won’t focus on longer receipts.

Works well and notifications to Apple Watch users is great for approvals. iOS app needs to be manually refreshed as it only displays so many approvals per load. Tapping the complete tab crashes app. App has promise, web interface is solid.
