Co-sign on the rip off review. Says 5-10 minutes to generate but you never actually get it. What a rip off

I did exactly what I’m telling you not to do, lol. I downloaded the app even though the only other review said that they were scammed and didn’t receive photos. Based on the app creator’s response, I thought maybe it was a genuine mistake and maybe the problem had been resolved…. Boy was I wrong, lol! I needed quick photos for ‘save the dates’ to send out to guests for my upcoming wedding next year. Fiancé is deployed so we figured something quick where they can change our shirts and add a cute background was worth the $14.99. It took about 10-15 minutes for “my photos” to be ready and when I clicked on them, they were of people I didn’t recognize. I immediately contacted them and asked for a refund or for them to correct the photos. They responded almost immediately apologizing and siting that my photos didn’t upload properly. They asked me to send the photos to the email for quicker processing. Well, I’ve been super busy and all over the place because of life. A week later, the photos haven’t been corrected and they’ve failed to respond to any subsequent messages. I’m not pressed for $14.99 and I know the bank will give this back because it’s an obvious scam, but I urge everyone to back away! They are probably going to write me a really nice response message here but don’t fall for it! If they fix the photos, I’ll come back and update my review.. if not, don’t FALL for the awesomely fake customer service comment you’re gonna read. Deuces and may the odds be ever in your favor with these scammers, lol.
