Courage to Run

Welcome to the Courage to Run App!
We designed it specifically for you: a busy person doing big things.
It's full of 1 to 15 minute "tabatas" (quick, high-impact strength exercises) that build the mindset, resilience, vision, courage and care needed to be healthy and lead effectively in civic life today. ​Because whether you are running a team, organization, cause, campaign or for elected office, it takes an enhanced set of skills to be successful in today’s complex world.
To power you up, tabatas blend neuroscience and social science with best practices in political intelligence, social psychology, authentic leadership, wellness theory and elite athleticism.
Version 1 of the Courage to Run App includes:
