Courial Reviews

Sometimes it’s little slow to connect

Horrible, always log off without no reason and we cant accept orders on time

This app is nothing like the previews

This app malfunction so much you spend more time trying to log in than making money. I had a customers order and the app logged me out. It would t allow me to log in until 20 minutes later. Of course i wasn't paid for my time waisted. Dispatch only gives you 1 order per day if that. Its been times where I selected all orders for the next day and didn't get anything. Don’t waste your time and gas with this app. I currently just drove 30 minutes to pick up an order that was confirmed for me to deliver. when i reached the restaurant the order just got reassigned to someone else. Again time wasted. They tell you to order the red hot bag and you will get reimbursed. Thats also not true. They give you the runaround about the reimbursement. If dispatch responds at all.

I sign up for it and when I got my stuff I get kick out cause I expressed the way I feel and I get banned for saying the truth. So to my point of view this is one of the worst apps ever even dispatch acts dumb I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone cause this company is no good

App update

Jay1984s on

United States

I’m new to the delivery side of the app, and it seems to be very buggy. I see a huge list of VIP orders and when I click it it goes to the chat with no response or confirmation. Then emergency orders pop up in the chat and once I click them like in half a second the app states they have already been taken and it’s first come first serve. I’m like who was faster then me when I literally watched the job appear on screen. The contact phone number does not connect with anybody like the website states, and the email support gets funneled through the chat thread that is almost never responded to. I screenshotted everything if anyone is curious as to what I’m referring to. If anybody else has better luck using Courial please advise. I so desperately want to use and like this app but it doesn’t seem to work correctly. Update: Customer service responded and seems to be very helpful tomorrow is my first day so let’s see how it goes.

Longest background check ever!

MikeyGCC on

Signed up to drive with Courial a few months ago and they’ve been checking my background ever since lol. They do send emails about available deliveries in my area, but I’m unable to complete them. No answer from support.

You won’t be paid!

Darealreina on

United States

They have not paid me in 3 weeks. They keep telling me it’s because the app is being transitioned to a new system. They told me wait until Monday and still there’s nothing in my bank account from them. You also can’t reach them and they’re never available for a phone call. I won’t be working for them anymore. Do NOT work for this company.

Don’t waste your time

BestBrandsBartending on

United States

Instead of just saying they don’t have any available orders they’ll show you tons of them and then assign them to who they want to have them, which would be ok if they didn’t pretend like other couriers have a chance at getting them

Bug in your app

CStack2000 on

It wont even allow me to take a picture to start the first process

What a gem.

SILLLKY on

A great company to work for.

Nice concept but…

MarcKaeden on

United States

At least in my area, there’s only like one gig for weeks in the Denver area. I toggle the app to available only to never get any offers and for the app to drain my battery and eat my data like crazy. Support is great when you do need them. But I’m at the point now where the app keeps randomly logging me out and every time I try to log back in, it just takes me back to the “sign-in or sign-up” screen. I was really hoping this one would work out but so much for that it seems.
