Courier Market

No customer service. Will not explain their costs during their signing up process. Will say “ I will give you 2 months free” They took £180 as a joining fee. Then £84 direct debit monthly. Their App doesn’t give you job notifications. App doesn’t even work for days. Always say their is glitch on the app which will be fixed soon. Hardly any jobs advertised. If you call for job advertised nobody picks up. My 3rd month not 1 single job. Please don’t give them a penny. A Micky mouse operation and a total scam.

Courier Market is the worst courier app we have ever used. Absolutely no jobs available, many fake jobs were posted with non existent phone numbers. We called every number and neither of them answered our calls, all of them belonged to ‘EE’ company which forces us to believe that they belong to Courier Market. To the few phone numbers that we reached, we were told that there are no drivers on this platform at all, as well as there are never any jobs posted. Absolutely do not recommend! Stay away from this company!

As per review above reviews, all are true, it is a scam, they have 0 jobs, spoke to 1 person on there they have told me that they posted that job 3-4 months prior although courier market says it is for today. They refuse to assist and provide fake numbers with each job, 1% might have active numbers

To be honest I think this is a scam. Honestly. You who’s reading this won’t believe it the first time you read it. But please make a review and after you see it with your own eyes. They’ll tell you that you’ll have jobs coming but I promise you you won’t get a single job not even 1. Happened to me and my brother who had another account. First they’ll tell you it’s a glitch and they’re i.t department will sort it so that will waste few days and then they’ll blame you for living in a bad place after before you know when you just want bro leave they’ll tell you that you’ve singed a 12 month contract and can’t leave. Whereas you’d thought it was pay as you go coz you’re making a monthly payments. But apparently it’s in the contract that you’ve singed. Who in earth reads the small prints. But nonetheless even if I did singed a 12 month contract I would have stayed if there was any work. There’s no work, just you making a monthly payments. As I said you reading this you may believe it or not. But please write a review to warn other if enough off us do this these scams will get blocked.

There is no jobs Ones they got the subscription they won’t bother to respond you This is a scam company

Be aware of this company they lie about providing a good service where as they take money off you and provide you with the worst service without any jobs, they will delay you for weeks then turn around and say we do not provide refunds.. BEWARE

BEWARE this company is a scam company take your money and provide nothing phantom shippers post loads you will never earn money on here BEWARE.

Great app, easy to use. Does all the work for you when looking for loads.
